  • If you do the same exercises every workout your body will adapt and plateau. Mix in a variety of exercises to present new stimuli to your body.

  • Do not attempt exercises that are extremely dangerous just for variety, be smart.

  • I have seen many horrific injuries in the gym because people were trying to reinvent the wheel. I saw a guy do a box jump with dumbbells in his hands after that he attempted to jump on a physio ball. He fell as soon as his feet hit the ball. He dislocated his shoulder and broke his arm. Safety first always!
