Weekly workouts designed to help active and able-bodied people achieve their fitness goals. I use a periodized exercise program to produce the results you want. Periodization is a method used to keep your body guessing using different repetitions and exercises so you don’t plateau. If you are a beginner, I encourage utilizing the Gold Tier. If you choose the Bronze Tier and are a beginner your primary focus should be on technique. When beginning a new workout routine light weight and attention to technique and form should be the primary focus.

The Silver Tier provides the same challenging workouts as the Bronze Tier in addition to focus on Nutrition. I will provide you with a calorie goal and macro breakdown (protein, fat, carbohydrates). Once you begin tracking your calories and macros you will learn what is working for you in your current diet and what isn’t. With the workouts and nutrition, you will have the tools to achieve your fitness goals! You will also have access to the tribe platform which allows members to communicate and encourage one another.

The Gold Tier provides custom workouts and nutrition designed specifically for you to meet your fitness goals. This is a great choice for beginners or those who have not worked out in a while. It is also the best choice for people who have previous injuries/limitations that need to be taken into consideration when exercising. We will meet virtually to discuss your goals and health history, after that I design your program. There will be a weekly check in to see how things are going and what modifications need to be made. This is a great opportunity to succeed in achieving your fitness goals! You will also have access to the tribe platform which allows members to communicate and encourage one another.
